WR Meadows DUOGARD N.E. is a multi-reactive concrete form release agent that helps prevent concrete from bonding to formwork for fast, clean stripping. Its dual-action formula combines a chemically reactive release film with an inert barrier component, delivering reliable separation and smoother concrete surfaces with less buildup on forms.
This ready-to-use form release oil can be used on wood, steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and fiber tube forms. On wood forms, it penetrates to help waterproof and extend form life. On metal forms, it leaves a protective coating that helps reduce rust and lowers maintenance time. It also improves stripping on fiber tube forms, even when tubes are removed weeks later.
Beyond formwork, DUOGARD N.E. is also useful as a daily spray for concrete equipment to minimize concrete build-up and speed cleanup. It can be used on pavers, ready-mix trucks, mixers, buggies, chutes, and finishing equipment to help keep machines cleaner and reduce downtime. When properly applied, it will not stain or discolor concrete and can be painted over.
