This clear curing compound can be used on vertical and horizontal surfaces, making it a practical choice for slabs, walls, ramps, and flatwork where consistent curing matters. Proper curing helps minimize common defects like hair checking, thermal cracking, surface crazing, and dusting while increasing compressive and tensile strength for longer-lasting concrete.
1100 Clear is designed to break down over time when exposed to UV light, with the membrane beginning to chemically degrade after roughly four weeks and eventually dissipating as it weathers and sees traffic.
