H&B Sealant is a versatile, moisture-curing joint sealant formulated for use with Hohmann & Barnard’s non-asphalt flashing systems. Designed for sealing flashing laps, terminations, drip edges, and end dams, it is ideal in applications where joint movement and moisture are factors.

This high-performance sealant offers excellent elasticity and long-term durability. It adheres strongly to most construction materials, including challenging surfaces like anodized metals and coated substrates. Unlike polyurethane-based products, H&B Sealant will not shrink or bubble on damp surfaces and won’t discolor with UV exposure.

Thanks to its moisture-curing polyether formula, the sealant performs reliably in cold or damp conditions, even down to 32°F. It is solvent-free, isocyanate-free, and suitable for use in both residential and commercial masonry applications. Available in 1-quart tubes or a full box of 12, H&B Sealant is the contractor’s go-to choice for flashing and joint sealing tasks where flexibility, strength, and reliability are essential.
