3Gen GENFLASH Sealant
3Gen GENFLASH Sealant is a flexible hybrid sealant and adhesive designed for flashing, waterproofing, masonry, and building envelope applications. This one-part sealant creates a durable weather-resistant seal for joint sealing, window and door perimeters, and general construction use.
Its moisture-cure formula is made for demanding indoor and outdoor jobs where long-term flexibility matters. GENFLASH Sealant will not shrink or crack, resists UV degradation and yellowing, and can be applied to wet or damp surfaces, including humid jobsite conditions.
This construction sealant is immediately rain ready and can even cure underwater, making it useful for tough waterproofing applications where weather delays are a concern. It is also paintable with most latex paints, low odor, VOC compliant, and mold and mildew resistant.
