H&B Flex-Flash Flashing

H&B Flex-Flash Flashing is a premium self-adhering flashing designed to prevent water intrusion in masonry walls. Engineered with a 40-mil thick composite and reinforced with a polyester scrim, Flex-Flash delivers exceptional durability and weather resistance. It uses Elvaloy Kee, a high-performance thermoplastic, to ensure reliable performance in extreme temperatures and jobsite conditions.

This flashing is ideal for both thru-wall and surface-mount applications and is compatible with a wide range of sealants. Its pressure-sensitive clear adhesive won't "drool" or run when exposed to UV or heat, solving a common problem seen with rubberized-asphalt flashings. Use Flex-Flash at critical moisture intrusion points such as sills, lintels, corners, and wall intersections to meet code requirements and protect the building envelope.

Flex-Flash is suitable for use on concrete, masonry, steel, gypsum, and wood surfaces. For surface-mount use, it should be paired with termination bars and H&B Primer SA for optimal bond strength.
