I received the wrong product/s, what should I do?
If the product you receive is not what you ordered, CMU Supply will take full responsibility for returning and refunding the item in question. Should this occur, please contact Customer Service immediately. Products are thoroughly checked once they are returned to our warehouse and refunds are made only if the condition of the product complies with our terms for merchandise return. Refunds are processed within 14 days and are automatically issued using the original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email via to the email address indicated on the original order.
