I still haven't received my refund, why?
Prior to the refund being processed, the returned merchandise will need to be received in our warehouse and thoroughly inspected by our fulfillment team. Once the inspection is complete and it has met our return authorization conditions (unused, undamaged, in original packaging), the refund process will be approved. Refunds are made within 14 days and payable using the original payment method associated with your order. If you have any questions or have not yet received your refund, please contact Customer Service.
