Can I return or exchange one or more ordered items?

Before returning or exchanging any products, you must request authorization from Customer Service. Only approved returns and exchanges will be accepted by CMU Supply once the RMA # is issued.  You will then be contacted via email with instructions on how to proceed. Shipping costs, if CMU Supply is not at fault, will be your responsibility. You are free to choose the carrier and shipping method to return the product(s), although we highly recommend you choose a tracked service.
