Shipping Methods
1. Standard Shipping (UPS and Other Carriers)
- For orders under 150 lbs, shipped via UPS, USPS, or other major carriers.
- • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.
- • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email.
- • Shipping Charges: Calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
2. Freight LTL Shipping (For Shipments Over 150 lbs)
- For large or heavy items shipped via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight services.
- • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days.
- • Tracking: Details provided via the freight carrier’s website.
- • Delivery: Delivered curbside. Additional fees may apply for residential delivery or lift-gate services.
Shipping Times
- • Order Processing: Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- • Transit Times: UPS and other carriers: 1-6 business days. Freight shipments: 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, size, and destination. For LTL freight shipments, you may be contacted for a customized quote if necessary.
Shipping Restrictions
- • P.O. Boxes: Freight LTL services cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Standard carriers can.
- • International Shipping: We currently ship only within the United States.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided via email upon shipment. LTL freight tracking may take up to 48 hours to become available.
Damages & Missing Items
- • Contact us within 7 days if your order is damaged or missing items.
- • Keep all packaging and take photos of any damage.
- • Check tracking information for missing packages or contact us for assistance.
Cancellations & Changes
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations. Contact us immediately for modifications before shipping.
